We reserved a unit at the Mt. Repose location, but suddenly changing circumstances caused us to not need it after all. I called back somewhat expecting to talk to an irritated owner for holding a high-demand unit and then my asking to cancel it, but he was TOTALLY understanding and very kind. In the process, I also spoke with a lady at the Bearcat call center. She was also extremely helpful and very patient. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience with them. If we ever need storage, I will definitely be giving the Mt. Repose location another call!

Very friendly staff. Excellent prices. New clean units. I pull a 24 ' bumper pull trailer which is a problem at most storage units. Not Bearcat Burlington. I have climate controlled & non climate controlled units rented and can pull right up to each one and back out with out ever hitting reverse. Awesome.

Brian is very friendly, and knowledgeable. Bearcat had the size unit in climate control that I needed. Brian helped me go over the sizes they had and explained all the options. There was no pressure to upgrade to a larger size when I told him the size I needed. Place is very clean and secure, even quiet being on a very busy road. Love that there is a truck to use to move our stuff in and out. I would recommend to friends and family.
